Cen.Grand 9i-92SA III most unique and compelling feature must be its outstanding headphone amp design:

    • Features Cen-Grand's proprietary design, both 6.35mm and XLR outputs via 4 mode options: Normal, BTL, Active Ground, Parallel
    • Normal provides accurate performance, especially for low impedance headphones
    • BTL provides powerful output, especially good match with high impedance
    • Active Ground recreates beautiful overtones, especially suited for vocal lovers
    • Parallel mode increases driving force without increasing gain, especially great match with medium impedance headphones

Cen.Grand 9i-92SA III ('Golden Thrush' model nickname) is a fully balanced preamp with rca, xlr outputs, remote, as well as rca and xlr line inputs for analog or turntable sources. Makes an outstanding preamp to build a hifi system around, or to use with powered speakers.

Dual ESS 9038Pro DAC chip are used, one for each channel.  There are 8 internal DAC in each 9038Pro chip. The mode of multiple DAC channel running parallel has many advantages but it is not easy to get good sound from and heating is serious...

Cen.Grand 9i-92SA III is different.  With careful design, implementation and adjustment, the structure of 8 internal DAC running parallel is one of the key reasons for its outstanding audio quality. Digital inputs are usb, coax, optical and AES.
